1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and making a purchase or providing your details, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Personal data and privacy

CeCé processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law. The data we collect (name, email address, postal address and phone number) is used exclusively to process your orders, respond to inquiries and, with your explicit consent, send you marketing communications.

3. Newsletter subscription and marketing communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or checking the marketing communications box, you expressly consent to CeCé sending you emails with news, promotions and exclusive offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us at hello@cece.es. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 48 hours.

4. Legal basis for processing

Your data is processed on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, for the management of orders and shipping; (b) explicit consent, for sending marketing communications and using non-essential cookies; (c) legitimate interest, for fraud prevention and service improvement.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Order-related data is retained for 5 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations. Subscriber data is retained for as long as the subscription remains active.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, request restriction of processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@cece.es stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID. We will respond within one month.

7. Cookies

This site uses first-party session cookies necessary for the store to function (cart, session) and third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage. By continuing to browse you accept necessary cookies. Analytics cookies are only activated with your consent.

8. Purchase and shipping conditions

Prices shown include applicable VAT. CeCé reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimated: 3–5 business days for domestic shipping and 7–14 business days for international shipping.

9. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective. Once the return is received in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (photographs, texts, logos, designs) is the property of CeCé or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, without prejudice to any other applicable jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

CeCé reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
